A shared lead is sold to 4–8 competing contractors at once — you're paying for a race, not a customer. An exclusive lead is sold to you alone, so you're not racing five other trucks to be the first call back.

Is this actually exclusive, or will you sell my area to other contractors too?
Each individual lead goes to exactly one contractor — never more than one. Other verified contractors can cover the same trade and ZIP as you, but any single lead only ever routes to one of you, chosen by who's gone longest without a lead, so it stays fair. What you're buying is exclusivity per lead, not a monopoly on the ZIP code.
What happens when I dispute a bad lead — do you actually pay it out?
You have 72 hours to dispute a lead as a disconnected number/email, wrong area, wrong trade, or a duplicate. Most disputes are decided automatically against objective checks — re-validating the contact info, checking against your own stated coverage filters, or checking for the same contact sold twice within 24 hours — and an approved credit lands in your account balance the same day, no waiting on a human. Anything the system can't decide cleanly gets a manual review instead of an automatic denial.
Why are the first 2 leads free — what's the catch?
No catch, no card required. It's how you verify the lead quality before you ever pay us anything. The only gate is your NC contractor license passing manual verification, which is required before any lead — free or paid — routes to you.
